Description:Laila Lychees In Syrup

Lychee Muffins
¾ cup whole wheat flour
¾ cup unbleached flour
½ cup sugar
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 cup lowfat buttermilk
¼ cup fat-free egg substitute
3 tbsp Laila lychee jam or puree
200g Laila Lychees slices of cannes lychees

In a non sticky spray, line up 12 muffins.
Mix flours, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium size bowl.
In another bowl, whist the buttermilk, egg substitute and fruit spread. Liquid ingredients should be added to dry ingredients to get moistened.
Fold it into shopped berries.
Batter is all ready to divide it into 12 muffin cups.
Bake the muffins at 350F, till it get little browned and bake for rest 20 to 25 minutes.

Storage: Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
