Description:Por Kwan Vegetable Broth (Soup An Chay)

Directions:
Pour into a bowl, heat to simmer and serve.
Added to all kinds of soup, gravy, stew.
For frying with rice, vegetables.

Vegetable Soup
1/4 cup diced carrot
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup broccoli, cut into 1/2 inch
6 soaked Chinese mushrooms
1/2 can 28oz vegetable Broth
1 1/2 tablespoons modified corn starch dissolve in 3 tablespoons of water.

Pour vegetable broth into the pot.
Heat over medium flame.
Add carrot, green peas, broccoli, Chinese mushrooms, modified corn starch, mix well.
Heat until boiling.
Serve while hot.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, use up
