Rajah Minced Garlic provides all the flavour and texture of fresh garlic, without any of the inconvenience of peeling and chopping. Simply add the required amount direct from the jar. 1 teaspoon is equivalent to one garlic clove.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks.
