Description:Chicken Flavour Broth (Soup Ga)

From the selection of raw materials to remain original deliciousness of flavours, sterilised under hygienic food processing technology. It gives a good taste and can be used easily at all the time.

Directions:
Pour into a bowl, heat to simmer and serve.
Added to all kinds of soup, gravy, stew.
For frying with rice, vegetables, all kinds of meat.

Chinese mushroom soup:
8 Chinese mushrooms soaked in warm water for about 1/2 hour, sliced
1/2 can (28 oz) Chicken Flavour Broth
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of modified corn starch - dissolve in 3 tablespoons of water
2 egg whites, add 2 tablespoons of water and beat well

Pour chicken Flavour Broth into the pot
Heat over medium flame
Add rice vinegar, salt, Chinese mushrooms and modified corn starch, mix well
Add beaten egg whites little by little
Heat until boiling - Serve while hot

Store in a cool and dry place
