Recipe for Coconut Cakes
Ingredients: 50g desiccated coconut, 200g plain flour, 2 tbsp self-raising flour, 200g butter, 200g sugar, 2 eggs, milk to taste, 2 dices strawberries to garnish.

Method: Preheat oven to 190C. Sift the plain and self-raising flour into a bowl. In a separate bowl add the sugar and butter and beat together until soft and fluffy. Beat the eggs and bit by bit stir the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture. Sift the flour mixture through the butter sugar mixture then add the desiccated coconut and stir well to make a dough. Add milk is the dough is too thick. Place paper-cups into a baking tray and add dough into each cup. Smoothen the surface with a knife and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool on the tray and garnish with diced strawberry before serving.

Once opened we recommend transfer of product to an airtight container.
Store in a cool dry place away from strong flavours.
