Description:Nippon Soba Noodles
100% Japan Domestic Buckwheat And Wheat Flour

Cooking Instructions:
Hot Soba
1. Put a bundle of noodles into plenty of boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes on high heat until they reach the desired tenderness; take care not to boil over
2. Drain and place the noodles into serving bowls. Pour the broth for hot soba. Add sliced green onion, egg or fried tofu (kitune age) for better flavour
Chilled Soba
1. Put a bundle of noodles into plenty of boiling water and cook for 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 minutes on high heat until they reach the desired tenderness; take care not to boil over
2. Drain and rinse 2-3 times under cold running water. Drain well and place the noodles into serving bowls. Add dried seaweed (nori) or green horseradish paste (wasabi) for better flavour

This product has been made in a factory which uses milk, egg, fish, crustaceans (shrimp, crab) and soy ingredient.

Storage Condition: Please store away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture and strong odour.
