With Tamanoi Sushinoko it is easy to prepare tasty sushi. Just sprinkle the powder on hot rice and mix well. Anybody can do it. Unlike using liquid vinegar, the hot rice does not become sticky.

Directions:
Transfer the hot rice to a bowl. Sprinkle Tamanoi Sushinoko powder over the rice and mix well
1 bag of Tamanoi Sushinoko to 4 cups of rice is the proper ratio

Tamanoi Sushinoko has a very wide application and may be used for many other daily dishes such as namasu salad, instant gomoku sushi, vinegar squid, sweet and sour pork, Chinese soups, Japanese mayonnaise and French dressing.

Storage Condition: Please store away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture and strong odour.
