Description:Chang Guang Twice Cooked Pork Seasoning

Cooking Instruction:
1. Prepare a pack of this sauce, pork slices (300g), shredded ginger (5g), garlic slices (10g), shredded onion (50g).
2. Boil 1l water with some ginger and peppercorns, when boiled, add pork and cook for a few minutes.
3. Heat up frying pan with medium heat, fry pork with a little bit of oil, add sauce and the rest of ingredients, stir-fry until the pork cooked and ready to serve.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

Ingredients:Rapeseed Oil, Chilli Bean Paste (Chilli, Broad Beans, Salt, Water, Wheat Flour) (22%), Sweet Wheat Paste (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt) (18%), Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Flavour Enhancer (E621).
