Thai Sweet & Sour Sauce (甜酸汁)

Description:A tangy sauce with a balanced sweet and sharp flavour, ideal for use as a cook-in sauce, marinade or dipping sauce.

This sauce is excellent served with shelled king prawns, pineapple pieces and chopped red chillies, garnished with fresh coriander and strips of red pepper.

Cookign Instructions:
1. Season 600g of fish fillets with salt and pepper. Coat/dredge the fish with cornflour. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Heat Thai Sweet & Sour Sauce in a saucepan. Add 100g of vegetables (pineapple, red and green capsicum, onion cut into cubes), and stir for 5 minutes.
3. Pour over fried fish fillets.

Also suitable for use with other seafood. Always check that rge dish is piping hot before serving.

Ingredients:Sugar, Water, Tomato Sauce, Vinegar, Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Oleoresin Paprika.
