Spicy Tamarind Sauce
A hot and tangy ready-to-cook sauce with tamarind, ginger flower and polygonum leaves. Usually cooked with fish.
Just add fish and water.

No Preservatives. No Colouring. Gluten Free.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):
1. Combine 1 pack of Brahim's Spicy Tamarind Sauce with 300g fish and simmer for 2 minutes
2. Add 250 ml (1 cup) water. Stir gently until fish is cooked through
3. To enhance flavour, add your choice of parboiled vegetables. Serve hot

Once opened, keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
