Description:Sauce For Spicy Garlic Aubergine

Ready made in a wide range of flavours, Lee Kum Kee Menu-orientated sauces bring you delicious dishes and save you time in the kitchen. Prepared from selected soybeans, chilli peppers, garlic and aromatic spices, this sauce is ideal for cooking Spicy Garlic Aubergine or other spicy garlic dishes.

Spicy Garlic Aubergine (Serves 4):
350g about 2 pieces aubergine (cut into strips), 90g minced pork, 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Spicy Garlic Aubergine (80g)
1. Deep-fry egg-plant in hot oil or cook in boiling water. Drain and set aside
2. Stir-fry minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add aubergine and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Spicy Garlic Aubergine. Mix well until heated through before serving

Also good for seafood, chicken and celery

Store in cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
