Description:Bai Jia Seasoning For Spicy Fried Dishes (Mala Xiangguo)

Ready to use as a seasoning.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Prepare food materials (about 1000g) according to your preference, rinse and cut into cubes
2. If your materials contain chicken wings or pork ribs, marinate them with cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt for 15 minutes. Then fry them slightly
3. Boil a little oil, add in some ginger and garlic. Then add the vegetable which is easy to cook. Add the sauce (in the bag), onion, the remaining food materials
4. Stir-fry thoroughly for a while. Dish up, garnish with some sesame and spring onion, then the dish is ready

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.
