Description:Bai Jia Seasoning For Spices Soy Beancurd (Mapo Tofu)

1. Cut 400g beancurd into cubes of 1.5cm, boil in salty water (200g water and 3g salt) on a low flame for 2-3 minutes. Strain off the water and set aside. Prepare 50-80g chopped meat and cut 200g garlic sprouts into pieces for later use.
2. Heat 30-50g edible oil in a wok, heat to 80 percent done, add the shopped meat, stir-fry until it gives off fragrance, add the seasoning and beancurd, stir-fry got a little moment, add hot water soaking the tofu, boil 4-5 minutes.
3. Dissolve cornstarch in water, add garlic sprout, mix well, the dish is ready.

Ready to use as seasoning.
Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. Consume soon after opening.
