Description:Haidilao Seasoning For Fish Fragrant Shredded Pork

Cooking Instructions
1. Cut 300g of pork into shreds, add some salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, starch for pickling.
2. After the pot is heated, add oil and the pickled pork shreds, then stir-fry. Add bamboo shoots and fungus shreds then stir fry together, leave them on a plate for later use.
3. Add minced ginger and garlic int he heated pot to the remaining oil, then add this packet to the freshly stir-fried ingredients and mix well. Put in appropriate amount of water starch (mix starch evenly with water). Then the dish is ready to be served.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
