Sambal Tumis Sauce
A favourite hot and spicy ready-to-cook Malaysian sauce with chilli, tomato paste and lemongrass. Traditionally cooked with seafood.
Just add seafood and water.

No Preservatives. No Colouring. Gluten Free.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):
1. Combine 1 packet of Brahim's Sambal Tumis Sauce with 300g prawns or squids and 80 ml (1/3 cup) water
2. Cook and stir on medium heat for 8 minutes or until seafood is cooked. Serve hot

Once opened, keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.

Ingredients:Onion, Garlic, Water, Tomato Paste (11%), Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt, Chilli (3%), Modified Tapioca Starch, Lemongrass, Tamarind, Yeast Extract.
