Description:Sauce For Ma Po Tofu

Ready made in a wide range of flavours, Lee Kum Kee Menu-oriented Sauces bring you delicious dishes and save you time in the kitchen. Prepared from selected peppercorns and various condiments, this sauce is great for preparing the renowned Sichuan dish Ma Po Tofu.

Ma Po Tofu (Serves 4):
Ingredients:
90g / 3 oz minced pork, 250g /8 oz / about 1 piece soft bean curd (diced),
1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Ma Po Tofu
Procedures:
Stir-fry minced pork in 1-2 tbsp oil until done. Add soft bean curd and Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Ma Po Tofu. Stir well lightly. Cook over low heat until sauce thickens.

Also good for beef, chicken, noodles

Allergy Advice: Contains Soybean, Wheat, Sesame, Oyster.

Store in cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
