Dakgalbi is a popular Korean dish made by stir-frying marinated diced chicken and vegetables in a spicy gochujang-based sauce, which is Korean red chilli pepper paste. You can enjoy the combination of addictive spicy sauce and tenderness of the chicken with juicy vegetables.
For 2 Servings / Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Preparation: Korean Spicy Chicken Sauce 100g, Chicken 200g, Vegetables.
1. Prepare 200g of cut chicken.
2. Marinate the chicken in Korean Spicy Chicken Sauce for 30 minutes.
3. Prepare your favourite vegetables. (Sweet Potato, Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, etc.)
4. Simmer the marinated chicken gently for 10 minutes.
5. When chicken is almost cooked, add prepared vegetables and cook for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Store it in a cool and dry place and refrigerate it after opening.
