Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Hong Kong Style Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir Fry Sauce
A perfect ready-to use quick & easy noodle stir-fry sauce that replicates restaurant flavours. The sauce adds rich flavour to your noodle dish as well as bringing out the umami taste in the fresh ingredients. It is suitable for all kinds of egg noodles, udon, ramen, rice vermicelli, and even paste.

Simple
Just Add:
200g egg noodles, fresh or rehydrated
150g sirloin steak, sliced
150g mix stir-fry vegetables (50g carrots, fine sliced, 50g red/yellow/green pepper, finely sliced, 30g beansprout, 20g tenderstem broccoli, cut into bite size)
1 tsp ginger, grated.
1 Tbsp cooking oil
50g pack of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce.

Also great to use for pork, chicken, vegan meat or portobello mushrooms.

Easy
1. Marinate the beef with 1 Tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce and set aside for 10 mins.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, the stir-fry beef for 2 mins then add ginger and broccoli to cook for another 2 mins.
3. Add egg noodles, rest of Lee Kum Kee Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-Fry Sauce and vegetables to stir-fry for further 5 mins, or until all ingredients are heated through then serve.

Made with premium oyster sauce.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.

225g sirloin or rump steak, fat removed, thinly sliced
1 small carrot, cut into batons
125g tenderstem broccoli, halved lengthways
¼ red pepper, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp oil
50g Sachet sachet Broccoli Beef Stir-fry sauce

Easy
1. Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add beef and stir-fry over medium high heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
3. Add sachet Broccoli Beef Stir-fry Sauce, toss with a splash of water to heat through for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.
