Deep and rich umami flavours from Lee Kum Kee's iconic Premium Oyster Sauce, this mouthwatering sauce will bring out the umami taste in your ingredients. Good with any meat and vegetables for a tasty stir-fry.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 8 minutes
Serves: 2 servings

Just Add:
225g sirloin or rump steak, fat removed, thinly sliced
1 small carrot, cut into batons
125g tenderstem broccoli, halved lengthways
¼ red pepper, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp oil
50g Sachet sachet Broccoli Beef Stir-fry sauce

1. Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add beef and stir-fry over medium high heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
3. Add sachet Broccoli Beef Stir-fry Sauce, toss with a splash of water to heat through for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
