Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Hong Kong Style Black Bean Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
A classic Chinese sauce prepared from selected fermented black beans and aromatic garlic. With a hint of fragrant spice and the warmth of ginger it is ideal for making a delicious quick stir-fry with any meats, seafood or vegetables.

Serves: 2 servings

Simple
Just Add:
250g chicken breast or thigh meat
1 green pepper, diced
75g mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp oil
50g Sachet Black Bean Garlic Stir Fry Sauce

Easy
1. Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add chicken and stir-fry over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes until golden.
2. Add pepper and mushroom, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
3. Add Black Bean Garlic Stir Fry Sauce, toss with a splash of water to heat through for 2 minutes. Serve with rice.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.

Black Bean Chicken (Serves 4):
Ingredients:
350g / 12 oz chicken meat (cut into pieces), 6 shallots (skinned and crushed), 2 spring onions (sectioned), 2 slices ginger, 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Black Bean Chicken (50g / 1.8 oz)
Procedures:
1. Saute chicken in oil until golden yellow. Drain and set aside
2. Saute shallots, ginger and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Black Bean Chicken in 2-3 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is done. Stir in spring onions and serve

Also good for pork, beef, bean curd
