Description:Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce is made from shiitake mushrooms and is a good substitute for oyster sauce.

Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce contains unique shiitake mushroom flavour. It it excellent for stir-frying, enriching any vegetarian dish, and also great as a dip. Simply stir-fry 450g (1lb) vegetable with 4-5 tbsp sauce.

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
