Description:Szechuan Kung Po Sauce

Szechuan Ma Po Tofu Recipe (Serves 4):
10 min. Prep 8 min. Cook
Ingredients:
6 tbsp Yeo's Szechuan Kung Po Sauce, 3 tbsp cooking oil, 2 packets (600g) tofu, (cubed), spring onions (finely chopped to garnish)
For Marinade:
2 tbsp Yeo's Szechuan Kung Po Sauce, 150g minced meat
Cooking Instructions:
Marinate minced meat with Yeo's Szechuan Kung Po Sauce for 10 minutes. Stir-fry meat in hot oil for 1 minute. Add Yeo's Szechuan Kung Po Sauce, tofu and stir-fry for another minute. Garnish and serve

Allergen Information: Contains Soya, Wheat, Sesame.

Stir well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
