Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Sweet And Sour Sauce

For great tasting sweet and sour dishes. Also delicious as a dip.

Sweet And Sour Pork (Serves 2):
Marinate 150g (5 oz) pork tenderloin pieces with ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg. Dust with corn starch and pan-fry in oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. Saute 50g (2 oz) bell pepper and 50g (2 oz) slices cannes pineapple in 1 tbsp oil. Add pork, 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce and heat through.
1 tablespoon = 18g
