Spicy Sauce For Stir Fry

Ready to serve in 15 minutes

Cooking Suggestions:
Can be served readily as sambal for nasi lamak.
As cooking sauce to cook squids, prawns, crabs, cockles, mussels or any other popular seafood.
As cooking sauce for stir-fry vegetables, sausage, fish balls, meat patty or sprinkle as topping over steamed fish.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 6-8):
1. Heat 4 tablespoons cooking oil and fry 60g of brinjal (egg plant, cut into cubes of 3 cm length) for 2 minutes. Set aside
2. Using the remaining oil in the pan, fry 2 cloves of chopped garlic till fragrant
3. Add in 400g of mixed vegetables consisting of long beans, lady fingers (okra), and four angle beans (all cut to 3 cm length). Stir fry at medium heat for 1 minute
4. Add in 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Stir Fry Sauce with the fried brinjal (egg plant), stir well and cook for another 1 minute. Serve

Ready to serve with rice or noodles, can also be used to stir-fry vegetables.

Store in a cool dry place, refrigerate once opened.
