Description:Flying Goose Sriracha Mayo Chilli Sauce
Vegetarian. No Egg

Sriracha Mayo is made from sun-ripened chilli peppers and without egg. Ideal as dip for sushi and bread.

Spicy Salmon Sushi Rolls
Ingredients:
1½ cups sushi rice, 2 cups water, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 4 sheets sushi nori, 1 avocado, 1 cucumber (peeled and thinly sliced into 6 inch pieces), 1 scallion (thinly sliced), 3 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted), ½ lb fresh, raw salmon (diced), 3 tbsp Sriracha Mayo
Preparations:
1. Cook sushi rice with 2 cups of water. Season cooked rice with rice vinegar, sugar and salt
2. Dice salmon into ¼ inch cubes. Add sriracha mayo and scallion. Mix until combined
3. Lay sushi may on a flay surface, cover the sushi mat with plastic wrap. Place a sheet of sushi nori on top plastic wrap
4. Spread out about ½ cup of rice on teh nori, leaving a ½ inch space at the top. Sprinkle sesame seeds then line with cucumber and avocado slices and salmon mixture
5. Roll the nori up and pull the mat back to tighten up the filling. Repeat until a tight cylinder is formed
6. Slice the rolls into pieces. Serve with pickled ginger, wasabi paste and soy sauce. Enjoy!

Burger With Sriracha Mayo
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, 1/4 cup green onion (chopped), 2 tbsp hoi sin sauce, 1 tbsp Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil,
1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste), 1/4 tsp ground ginger, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp Flying Goose Sriracha Mayo (or adjust to taste)
Preparations:
1. Mix ground beef with all the ingredients except Sriracha Mayo in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Divide meat mixture into quarters; form each portion into a patty
2. Grill on a pre-heated grill until meat is cooked
3. Spread about 1 tbsp of Sriracha Mayo on each burger bun
4. Dress the burger with your choice of topping: lettuce, tomato, cheese, coleslaw, etc

May also contain traces of peanuts.
