Description:A ready-to-use Sichuan-style stir-fry sauce. Mildly spicy hot bean flavour with a touch of garlic. Ideal for spicy-hot dishes.

Eggplant in Spicy Garlic Sauce. (Serves 4)
Deep-fry 350g (12oz) eggplant strips in oil or cook in boiling water. Drain. Stir-fry 90g (3oz) minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Sauce, eggplant and stir well.
Ingredients:Water, Fermented Soybean Paste 25% (Water, Salt, Soybean, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Salted Chilli Pepper 12% (Chilli, Salt), Tomato Paste, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Dried Garlic 1%, Soybean Oil, Spices, Oyster Extractives, Food Acid (Lactic Acid / E270), Colour (Ammonia Caramel / E150c), Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627).
