Description:The cuisine of the Sichuan Province of China tends to be charaterised by the heat and spice of chillies. This sauce is no exception, and is ideal for making spicy Sichuan noodles.

Sichuan Spicy Noodle Sauce In Soup (Serves 4)
Immerse 4 bundles (400g) of noodles into boiling water and cook until soft. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add 1 clove chopped garlic and 250g of steak mince, cook for 4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add 5 tbsp of Sichuan Spicy Noodle Sauce to the steak mince and combine, cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Pour about 1 cup of chicken broth (stock) per bowl, into four serving bowl. Add some noodles to each bowl and spoon in a generous portion of the Sichuan Spicy Noodle sauce steak mince mixture over the top. Garnish with thinly chopped shallot and some steamed Bok Choy or spinach leaf. Ensure fully cooked before serving.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within one month.
