Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Plum & Soybean Marinade
This marinade is prepared with a special blend of quality salted plums and soybean paste, best use as marinade in steaming meat dishes and can be used as a braising sauce.

Steam Plum Spare Ribs recipe (Serve 2):
1) Marinate 300g spare ribs pieces with 4 tbsp Plum & Soybean Marinade with 1 tsp corn flour for 20 mins.
2) Steam at high heat for 10 mins or until cooked before serving.

Refrigerate after opening.
