Description:Amoy Plum Sauce
No Added Preservatives and Flour Enhancers

Duck With Pineapple (Serves 4):
Cooking Instructions:
Fry 1 small thinly shredded onion and 1 medium thinly shredded carrot in 3 tbsp oil with ½ tsp salt for 1 minute. Then add 1 tbsp thinly shredded ginger, 2 thinly shredded spring onions, 3-4 tbsp pineapple strips and 225g /8 oz shredded cooked duck meat with 3-4 tbsp Amoy Plum Sauce and 1 tbsp dry sherry, stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot. Ensure fully cooked before serving.

Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated after use.
Ingredients:Sugar, Plum Paste (Plum, Rice Vinegar, Salt) (21%), Rice Vinegar, Water, Potato Starch, Chilli Puree (Chilli, Salt), Garlic, Stabiliser (E415).
