Description:Maepranom Pad Thai Seasoning Sauce

Directions: Pad Thai With Prawn
1. Soften 80g of rice noodles with warm water, drain and set aside
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of shallots, 1 tbsp of Chinese turnip, and 3 tbsp of tofu. Stir fry until fragrant. Then add 4 peeled prawns and beaten egg. Stir-fry until cooked. Add the rice noodles, Pad Thai Seasoning and a little soup broth. Continue stir-frying over a high heat for 5 minutes
3. Add bean sprouts, Chinese chives, roasted peanut and dried shrimps. Stir well. Serve with vegetables and add extra seasoning as preferred

Suggestions: Shake well before use. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days.
