Description:Tai Hua Kung Po Sauce (Saus Kung Po)

Kung Po Sauce is an ideal sauce for cooking Szechuan style chicken or prawns.

An authentic Chinese meal in 4 easy steps:
1. Cut 250g of chicken breast meat into bite size pieces. Marinate it with 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp sugar and 1 tsp cornflour. Set aside for 15 mins.
2. Heat 1¼ tbsp oil and dry chicken pieces until golden brown.
3. Add 5g of dried chilli, 2 stalk of spring onion cut into 2 inch length and 6 tbsp Tai Hua Kung Po Sauce; stir fry quickly for 1-2 mins till cooked.
4. Dish out onto plate, garnish with some cashew nuts and serve hot.

Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients:Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Tomato Puree, Modified Starch (E1442), White Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Colour (Caramel/E150), Salt, Chilli, Food Acid (Acetic/E260), Vegetable Gum (E412), Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Spices.
