Description:Hoisin Sauce

Hoisin is an ideal cooking sauce for prawns or other seafood.

An authentic Chinese meal in 5 easy steps:
1) Clean 500g of large prawns, marinate it with 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar and 1/2 tbsp Tai Hua Hoisin Sauce for half an hour.
2) Mix 1 1/2 tbsp Tai Hua Hoisin Sauce with 3 tbsp of water (A).
3) Heat 2 1/2 tbsp oil in frying pan until hot. Add 4 cloves chopped garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
4) Add marinated prawns and stir fry for about 1 minute or until cooked.
5) Add 2 stalks of spring onion cut into finger length pieces, with sauce mix (A), stir fry the prawns for another 2 minutes until cooked.
