Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Chu Hou Paste (Sauce)
Special blend of soybean and sesame paste with Chinese five spice and fermented soybean curd. A convenience cooking sauce for classic Chu Hou Braised Beef, also great for any meat and vegetables stew or as a marinade.

No preservatives added
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Create: Beef Brisket in Chu Hou Paste (Serves 2-4)
Stir-fry 350g beef brisket pieces, 2 sectioned spring onions, 3 sliced ginger in 1 tbsp of oil until the meat is browned. Add in 2 tbsp Chu Hou Paste and 500ml hot water. Cover and reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add 250g carrot pieces and continue to cook for another 30 minutes or until tender. Tips: add extra tablespoon of Premium Oyster Sauce during simmering for even better taste!


Refrigerate after opening.
