Description:Best known as Char Siu Sauce to the Chinese, this rather sweet sauce will impart a sweet and mouth watering taste to all types of meat when grilled, broiled, roasted, baked or barbecued. Great as a dipping Sauce.

Suggestion: Add 2-6 tablespoons of sauce during stir-frying.
Ingredients:Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Fermented Soya Beans (Water, Soya Beans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Water, Salt, Garlic, Vinegar, Colour (Paprika E160c), Thickener (Xanthan Gum E415), Spices.
