A special blend of Asian spices based on our famous recipe comes together for a spicier version of Philippine-style barbecue.

Cooking Directions
Marinate 1.1lb (1/2 kg) meat or seafood in 5 fl oz (150ml) Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade for 3 hours (15 minutes for seafood). Place opn skewers and grill, turning from time to time. Alternatively, you may also cook the meat on a griddle, a shallow frying pan, or in the oven.

Shake well before using.
Store in a cool dry place.
