Yellow Curry Paste (黃咖喱醬)

Description:Is the blending between Thai herbs and spices with Indian spices especially turmeric, which provides yellow colour to the paste. Only one curry paste that contains no shrimp paste. It is normally used with coconut milk for preparing curry soup.
No Added MSG. No Preservative. No Artificial Colour.

Cooking Directions:
Stir-fry 50g of Yellow Curry Paste in 1 tbsp soybean oil, then add 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk
Add 200g of fresh meat and another 1/2 cup (120 ml) of coconut milk, heat until boiling
Add 100g cubed potatoes, 50g onions, 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water and cook until the vegetables soften
Add 2 tsp sugar. Taste and season as required

Suggestion:
For a milder flavour, half portion of the curry paste should be used.

Do not expose to sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within best before date.
Ingredients:Garlic (28.0%), Lemongrass (24.0%), Salt (13.0%), Shallot (12.5%), Galangal (9.0%), Dried Red Chilli (4.0%), Coriander Seed (3.5%), Kaffir Lime Peel (2.5%), Curry Powder (1.3%), Cumin (1.0%), Cinnamon (0.4%), Turmeric (0.4%), Cardamom (0.2%), Nutmeg (0.2%).
