Description:Saute Angel Brand Yellow Curry Paste with oil till fragrant. Add prawns, squid and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes. Add 1/2 jar of water and simmer until prawns turn pink and firm. Add coconut milk or evaporated milk, green peas or aubergine and bring to the boil. Garnish and serve hot with rice.
