Description:Kanokwan Thai Southern Sour Curry Paste
Spicy & sour, the most famous Southern Thai dishes.

Cooking Ingredients, what you will need
Water 600ml
Fish, Shrimp or favourite meat 200g and vegetables 200g
Kanokwan Thai Southern Sour Curry Paste 1 bag (50g)

Cooking Directions by Mr. Kanok & Mrs. Wan
Step 1: Boil 2.5 cups (600ml) water, add Kanokwan Thai Southern Sour Curry Paste 3 tbsps (50g). Bring to boil.
Step 2: Add fish, shrimp or favourite meat 200g and vegetables (bamboo shoots, papaya) 200g.
Step 3: Add additional seasonings to taste. (lime juice 3 tsps, tamarind juice 3 tsps, sugar 4 tsps and fish sauce 6.5 tsps)

Store in cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated.
Ingredients:Shallot, Garlic, Chilli, Turmeric, Salt, Finger Root, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid).
