Singapore Hot Curry Sauce
Yeo's Singapore Hot Curry Sauce is for those who want an appetising and zesty authentic Singaporean curry, with more garlic and chilli taste. Spicy food for spicy people.
No added MSG. No added preservatives.

Singapore Beef Curry
Serves 3 Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins
300g beef, cubed
150g potatoes, cubed
50g carrots, cubed
1 onion, sliced
1 can Yeo's Singapore Curry Sauce
2 tbsp Yeo's Sesame Oil
2 or 3 fresh chillies (optional)
Brown onion in Yeo's Sesame Oil over medium heat. Add beef, potatoes and carrots, stir fry until almost cooked. Pour in Yeo's Singapore Curry Sauce. Simmer until cooked. Drizzle with Yeo's Sesame Oil for added flavour and garnish with sliced chillies and spring onion. Serve with steamed rice.
Hint: If you prefer a milder curry, simply add 3/4 cup coconut milk and simmer until cooked.
Extra South-East Asian Flavour
- Marinate meat with light soya sauce, 2 tbsp sugar and sesame oil for 5 minutes
- Saute lemongrass with onion for aromatic lemony scent
- For vegetarians, add potatoes/tomato chunks
- Finally, add coconut milk (12 tbsp) for 'lemak' (nyonya) aroma.

Pour heated Yeo's Singapore Curry Sauce over cooked instant noodles or vermicelli.
Store in a cool dry place.
