A traditional Thai preparation made from the freshest herbs and spices, Dancing Chef Red Curry Paste makes a delightful Thai Red Curry that is both flavourful and aromatic.

Red Curry Chicken
Dancing Chef Red Curry Paste 1 packet
Chicken (cut into pieces) 400g
Vegetables (pineapple, eggplant) 100g
Coconut Milk 200g
Water 150g
Kaffir Lime Leaf (optional) 3 pieces

Add Red Curry Paste, water, coconut milk, vegetables and kaffir lime leaves in a pot, simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken pieces and bring to boil and when chicken is cooked garnish with sweet basil leaves and serve.
