Authentic Thai Cuisine

Cooking Instruction
1. Stir fry 5 tbsp (100g) of Maesri's Red Curry Paste with 2 cups of coconut milk in a saucepan for a few minutes under medium-high heat until well mixed and boiled.
2. Add 500g of chicken or preferred meat and stir until meat is cooked. Add 2 cups of coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
3. While boiling, add 250g of cut eggplants (carrots, bamboo shoots, or preferred vegetables), 5 torn kaffir lime leaves and 2-3 tbsp of fish sauce.
4. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and sliced fresh chilli.
(Serves 5)

Delicious when serve with rice, noodle, pasta, or paratha.

Use dry and clean spoon. Seal lid tightly and refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients:Dried Red Chilli (35%), Garlic (25%), Shallot (20%), Salt (7%), Lemongrass (6%), Sugar (3%), Kaffir Lime (2%), Galangal (1%), Spices (Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Cardamom) (0.8%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid) (0.2%).
