Cooking Directions: Fry curry paste in vegetable oil and then cook with coconut milk, meat, fish sauce, palm sugar and vegetables. Ensure fully cooked before serving.

Red Curry
Cooking Directions (Serves 4):
1. Fry 100g of Red Curry Paste with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat. Stir well till aroma is achieved then lower the heat. Stir in gradually 3 cups of coconut milk
2. Add 400g of chicken or any kind of meat, stir until cooked. Then add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Season with 5 tbsp of fish sauce and 4 tbsp of palm sugar
3. Add 2 cups of eggplant and 1/2 cup of pea eggplant, stir well until cooked through. Then add 1/4 cup of kaffir lime leaves and 2 cups of sweet basil leaves. Garnish with 1/2 cup of sliced red chilli. Turn off the heat and served with steamed rice

Allergy Advice: Contains Shrimp, Crustacean.

Store in a cool dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days.
