Description:Panang curry paste is based on red curry paste, but it is cooked in thick texture style rather than soup style like red curry soup.

Preparation (Serves 5-6):
1 pack Maesri's Panang Curry Paste, 400ml coconut milk, 600g chicken,
4 tbsp vegetable oil, Kaffir lime leaves and fresh chilli peppers for garnishing

Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry 1 pack of Maesri's Panang Curry Paste with 4 tbsp of oil
2. Slowly add 200ml of coconut milk and keep stirring until it boils, then add 600g of chicken and stir thoroughly
3. Slowly add 200ml of coconut milk and keep stirring until chicken is cooked
4. Garnish with fresh chilli peppers and minced kaffir lime leaves. Ready to serve
Ingredients:Dried Chilli Pepper, Garlic, Shallot, Lemongrass, Sugar, Salt, Kaffir Lime, Galangal, Spices (Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Cardamom, Bay Leaves), Citric Acid.
