A pasteurised Massaman curry paste of blended shallots, garlic and chilli.

Thai Massaman Curry Beef per 1 serve
Prepare:
Water 200g
Unsweetened Milk 200g
Beef 200g
Diced Potato 60g
Diced Onion 30g
Oil 1tsp

Cooking Instruction:
1. Heat oil in pot.
2. Add half pack of Flying Goose Massaman Curry Paste and beef, fry for 5 mins.
3. Add the rest of Curry Paste, unsweetened milk and water leave until boiled.
4. Add potato and onion and boil on low heat for 25 mins.
5. Add a pinch of salt and sugar as needed.

Store in a cool dry place
Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 2 weeks
