Cooking Directions: Fry curry paste in vegetable oil and then cook with coconut milk, meat, fish sauce, palm sugar, tamarind paste and vegetables. Ensure fully cooked before serving.

Masaman Curry
Cooking Directions (Serves 4):
1. Fry 150g of Masaman Curry Paste with 3 tbsp of vegetable oil on a medium heat. Stir well till aroma is achieved then lower the heat. Stir in gradually 5 cups of coconut milk
2. Add 800g of beef or any kind of meat, 2 cups of potatoes, 1 1/2 cups of diced onions, 2 tbsp roasted cardamom and 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts. Season with 6 1/2 tbsp of palm sugar, 6 tbsp of tamarind paste and 5 tbsp of fish sauce. Stir well and simmer on a low heat until cooked. Turn off the heat. Best when served with steamed rice or toast
