Description:Maesri Masaman Curry Paste (Massaman Masman)
Authentic Thai Cuisine

Serving Suggestion:
1. Stir fry 4 tbsp (80g) of Maesri's Masaman Curry Paste into 1½ cup of can coconut milk about 5 mins.
2. Put 300g of diced chicken or beef, then pour in 1-2 cups (2 cups for beef) of light coconut milk or water allow to boil stirring occasionally.
3. Add 150g of potatoes, 50g of onion cut into large chunks.
4. Heat until meat is soft (about 20 mins for chicken, 35 mins for beef).
5. Add 2 tbsp roasted peanuts if preferred.
(Serves 4)
Can be enjoyed equally with rice, spaghetti or bread.

Use dry and clean spoon, seal lid tightly and refrigerate after opening.

Store at cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
