Prawn Laksa Noodles (Serves 4-6)
A full jar Ayam curry paste for seafood
200 ml Ayam coconut milk
400 ml water
36 medium cooked prawns
120g beansprouts
Fresh coriander leaves
1. Combine paste, coconut milk and water in a wok or large pan and bring to a boil
2. Add the prawns and simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes. Add beansprouts and coriander leaves and stir until heated through
3. To be served with 6 cakes of Ayam Instant Noodles prepared according to instructions on packet

To have a less spicy taste, add more coconut milk or water.
