Description:Kaeng Par Curry Paste
Authentic Thai Cuisine

No Artificial Colours. No Preservatives. No Monosodium Glutamate.

Cooking Directions (Serves 5):
1. Put 6 tbsp (100g) of Maesri's Kaeng Par curry paste into 3 cups of boiling water for about 3-4 mins. (For medium hot use only 4 1/2 - 5 tbsp of Kaeng Par curry paste)
2. Add 500g of chicken or your favourite meat, 2 tbsp of fish sauce, cook until chicken are tender
3. Put 200g of eggplant, 150g of green bean or roughly cut carrot until cooked, garnish with hot basil leaves and fresh chillies. Serve with rice or Thai noodle.

Can be enjoyed equally with steamed rice and Thai noodle.

Use a dry and clean spoon, seal lid tightly and refrigerate after opening.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
