Description:Kaeng Kua Curry Paste
Authentic Thai Cuisine

No Artificial Colours. No Preservatives. No Monosodium Glutamate.

Cooking Directions:
1. Stir-fry 5 tbsp (100g) of Maesri's Kaeng Kua curry paste with 200 ml of coconut milk until it boils
2. Add 300g of chicken, and 300g of bamboo shoots and stir until chicken is cooked
3. Slowly add 550 ml of coconut milk, 1 tbsp of fish sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and 6 kaffir lime leaves (tear into small pieces). Stir until boil
4. Garnish with sliced fresh chilli pepper and sweet basil leaves

Use a dry and clean spoon, seal lid tightly and refrigerate after opening.

Allergen Information: Produced in a facility that also processes peanut, sesame and shrimp.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
