Description:Java Curry Sauce Mix
Medium Hot

Directions (About 40 Servings):
1 box Java curry, 1.2 kg beef, pork or chicken, 8 (1.6 kg) onions (medium size), 8 (1.2 kg) potatoes (medium size), 4 (800g) carrots (medium size), 150g butter or vegetable oil, about 5 litres water
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut meat, carrots, onions and potatoes into bite size pieces. Saute with butter (or vegetable oil) until light brown
2. Add water and bring to a full boil
3. Cook until the meat and vegetables are tender
4. Turn off the heat, break curry sauce mix into pieces, and add to mixture
5. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes
6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles

For an even better taste, use milk instead of water (about 300 to 500 ml) or add about 5 to 10g of grated cheese. Add the milk and grated cheese at the same time instead of water.

Precaution For Use
Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container after opening. The oil content in the curry sauce mix may appear white on the surface and inside. This does not change the quality of the product.
