Description:Green curry is famous for its fresh and smooth flavour. It is also unique for its spicy taste. It is delicious with rice, noodle or pasta.

Green Curry
Preparation (Serves 6):
1 pack Maesri's Green Curry Paste, 700 ml coconut milk (if thick coconut milk is used, substitute 100 ml of coconut milk with 100 ml of water), 500g chicken or beef, 2-3 tbsp fish sauce, 250g eggplant, sweet basil leaves and fresh chillies (for garnishing)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry Maesri's Green Curry Paste with 100 ml of coconut milk in a saucepan under medium heat until boiled
2. Add meat and the rest of the prepared coconut milk. Keep stirring until meat is cooked
3. Add eggplant and fish sauce as preferred. Stir until cooked
4. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and fresh chillies

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Ingredients:Fresh Green Chilli (35%), Garlic, Chinese Ginger, Shallot, Lemongrass (7%), Salt, Sweet Basil (3%), Kaffir Lime (3%), Sugar, Spices (Coriander Seed, Pepper, Cumin, Cardamon, Turmeric), Galangal, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).
